Rene and Carolina are two people that love harmony and nature.
They work hard to transfer that sense of peace and laxness in
Casa Verde, only achived through a true interaction with the
natural surroundings.
Rene is originally from Switzerland. He
came to Costa Rica fifteen years ago attracted by its natural
beauty and the charm of its inhabitants. He immediatelly fell in
love with the Caribbean area of this country.
Carolina is a Costa Rican painter and Art Historian deeply
involved with this unique culture, mix of Jamaican descendants
and Costa Ricans. No wonder Reggae, Calipso and wonderful ethnic
cuisine smells float in the air of Puerto Viejo, along with
those elements provided by some Europeans that have stablished
here!
